Initial Meeting
This is to discuss the potential of SEO for your business. We would usually prepare some basic search volumes for keywords based on your website. We would also usually see where you are in Google for these Keywords. We can also usually tell if the site needs replacing at this stage. We would also usually provide this proposal in its standard format. -
Fill in the SEO Questionnaire
After the proposal we will need to fill in the questionnaire. We need to get this level of information to do a good job. The questionnaire asks questions about your business. -
Appraisal Report
Sometimes we will also do a further analysis of the website. It makes recommendations and looks in more detail at the competitive landscape. -
Sign Up
At this point we would expect you to sign up to a plan. -
Keyword Analysis Report
This is only done once you order and is part of the first months work. This is a full analysis of keywords and the pages we will optimise. This can take over a weeks work to do properly and decide which pages and keywords are actually the best to aim for. -
Monthly Reports – Monthly
We give you access to the portal website with a username and password so you can access all your reports whenever you want to. This is how you will view your monthly reports that show time usage and results.
